What You'll Need

In order to upgrade to the new Lockbox platform, you’ll need to:
1. Check your inbox for a secure message from American National Bank with your temporary login credentials
2. Create a new password and set up two-factor authentication
3. Create new users to give access to your team (if they weren’t already set up by ANB)
4. Contact Teresa at [email protected] to confirm you’ve onboarded and are ready to start processing deposits on the new portal
