Jason L. Hansen Named Director of Commercial Banking

Jason Hansen

American National Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of Jason L. Hansen to Director of Commercial Banking. In this role, he will be responsible for managing, guiding and leading the Commercial Banking teams in the Nebraska and Iowa markets. As a member of the senior management team, Hansen will help develop and execute the strategic commercial banking activity and revenue growth strategies for the bank.

“Jason brings more than 15 years of banking experience in both leadership and client development with a proven track record of success. He is an invaluable member of our team who consistently demonstrates the core values of the bank as a trusted partner to his clients and a passionate leader in the community,” said Bill Klein, CEO.

Mr. Hansen has held progressive positions at the bank throughout all lines of banking operations including sales, management, audit and compliance.

“Jason has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors at the Urban League of Nebraska, which demonstrates his commitment of service to the community. He led the organization through significant growth and expansion of our programs and services during his tenure,” according to Thomas Warren- ULN CEO and member of the Board of Trustees.

Mr. Hansen is a graduate of The University of Nebraska – Omaha with a BS in Business Administration, Finance and Banking as well as the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Colorado Boulder. Jason currently serves as Chairman Emeritus after recently serving as Chairman of the Board for the Urban League of Nebraska and has previously served as Finance Chair for the Goodrich Scholarship Program and as a mentor for Sacred Heart Elementary School. He is a recipient of the College of Public Affairs and Community Service Alumni Award for Excellence in Public Service from the University of Nebraska – Omaha.
