Mobile app:
Log into ANB Go on your mobile device. From the Dashboard:
1. Select the 3 lines in the top left to open the menu
2. Select your name on the bottom left
3. Select Settings
4. Select Security
5. Select Change username
Online:
Log into ANB Go from your computer. From the Dashboard:
1. Click on your name on the bottom left
2. Click on Settings
3. Click on Security
4. Click Edit (next to username)
Mobile:
Log into ANB Go on your mobile device. From the Dashboard:
1. Tap on your initials on the right-hand side of the screen
2. Select Edit next to your address
3. Update the information
4. Select Save Please note: Your updated address will be reflected within 24-48 hours.
Online:
Log into ANB Go from your computer. From the Dashboard:
1. Click on your initials on the right-hand side of the screen
2. Click on Profile 3
3. Click Edit Address
4. Enter your password (if prompted)
5. Update the information
6. Click Save Please note: Your updated address will be reflected within 24-48 hours.
Mobile:
Log into ANB Go on your mobile device. From the Dashboard:
1. Tap on your initials on the right-hand side of the screen
2. Select Edit next to your email address or Edit next to your phone number
3. Update the information
4. Select Save
Online:
Log into ANB Go from your computer. From the Dashboard:
1. Click on your initials on the right-hand side of the screen
2. Click on Profile 3
3. Click Edit Email Address or Click Edit Phone Number
4. Enter your password (if prompted)
5. Update the information
6. Click Save
To enroll in eStatements, login to ANB Go, then:
1. Select each account you wish to enroll in eStatements.
2. From within the account, select Documents.
3. You will then see Sign-up/Changes, click on each account you wish to enroll.
4. Select Save settings
Call 833-218-1963 or click on the Chat bubble in ANB Go to open a Chat session.
ANB Go Mobile app (Android)
1. Open the menu by selecting the three bars at the top left
2. Select Payments
3. Select Payees
4. Select Add a Payee
ANB Go Mobile app (iOS)
1. Open the menu by selecting the three bars at the top left
2. Select Payments
3. Under Activity, select Add a Payee
1. Log into your account
2. From the main dashboard, select Bill Pay
3. Select Manage Payments
4. On the right-hand side, you will see any pending payments for the next 45 days.

2. From the main dashboard, select Bill Pay
3. Select Manage Payments
4. Select the payment from the Pending Payments list
5. Select Stop Payment
