  To start, the Essentials tier of ANB Go Business is free. From there, each tier has monthly pricing based on included features and add-ons. Our bankers will collaborate with you to choose a service tier and pricing plan that’s built for your business.

• Does ANB Go Business integrate with QuickBooks and other accounting software?

  Yes. ANB Go Business connects seamlessly to QuickBooks and other third-party accounting software.

• What types of business banking reports are available?

  Basic information reporting, such as user activity and transaction activity, is available for all service tiers. Clients on an Enterprise or Enterprise Plus tier can choose from several prebuilt cash flow and transaction templates, or customize reports based on preferred data fields and accounts. You can generate one-time or schedule ongoing daily, weekly or monthly reports based on your monitoring needs. With each option, you’ll have new insights for more informed decisions.

• What types of user permissions and controls are available in ANB Go Business?

  Essentials and Essentials Plus administrators can manage multiple users within their admin controls. With Enterprise and Enterprise Plus tiers, administrators can set up user roles, enabling templated permissions for multiple users based on job responsibilities. Enterprise admins can fine-tune account access and transaction limits; ACH batch, collection and pass-thru; domestic and international wires; payroll, transfers and stop payment.

• What kind of client support does ANB provide?

  Serving your business is our business. Along with specialized onboarding and training, all ANB Go Business users can contact our Treasury Services team and access a wealth of instructional information in our Client Resource Center.

• Does ANB Go Business support same-day ACH and scheduled payments?

  Yes. Enterprise and Enterprise Plus users can schedule ACH and wire payments in advance, and same-day ACH is available for time-sensitive transactions.

• Can I approve ACH and wire transactions from my mobile device?

  Yes. ANB Go Business allows Enterprise and Enterprise Plus users to initiate and approve ACH and wire transfers from your phone or tablet, so business keeps moving wherever you are.

• What are banking behavioral analytics?

  ANB Go Business comes with built-in behavioral analytics that recognizes your spending habits and notifies you of any activity that is outside of your usual purchasing patterns. It’s an extra safety feature to provide additional peace of mind.
